Admission Requirements

Must be University Admitted.  There are 8 rerequisites courses to complete. BIO 105/106 (A&P I & II), CHE 120/121 (Survey of Chemistry I & II), PSY100/SOC 100, Writing Intensive Level 2, and Interpersonal Communications.  Sciences cannot be more than 5 years old. Sciences must be C+ or higher.  GPA minimum of 3.0 in order to apply.  Applications for nursing are due by first Monday in February to start nursing sequence for the following Fall. We look at all academic history. Please see Undergraduate Catalog for additional details.

Program Description

To complete the nursing sequence, will take 3 years.  Nursing classes begin once accepted to the program. Nursing starts in sophomore year. We have excellent pass rates on the National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX). Range of pass rates was 92.4% to 100%. Class sizes are small. We have excellent job placement after graduation.
