Personal statement for reasons for applying. One professional letter of reference. Minimum of 1,000 hrs. post baccalaureate supervised clinical practice hours to achieve DNP competencies. Post Masters students required to submit letter from Masters Degree Program indicating how many hours completed in Masters Program.
